The Carmes neighbourhood project suggest a global vision both on public lighting and on illumination.
How ? By illuminating the streets with new street lighting, equipped with soft white light sources, while drawing attention to the rich Art Deco architecture of the area, highlighting details in small touches with concentrated beam spotlights… drops of light in an Art Deco sky.
