“Games of light”
The project includes an interior block with a hotel, offices, and street-level shops.
Two «faces» where we propose two different lighting atmospheres:
1. A somewhat structured and angular design
The street-facing façades are regular. A glass volume interrupts this regularity. We propose to continue highlighting this volume with colored lighting that changes according to the different phases of the night, while illuminating its side façades more discreetly.
2. A poetic and rounded interior
Human-scale lighting is proposed here: trees, pathways, a bench, and patios create an atmosphere unique within this particular “pocket.”
