“Drops of light in an Art Deco sky”
Following the Lighting Plan of the Carmes neighbourhood and the highlighting of its characteristic Art Deco architectural features, the Cameo cinema has been given new lighting. This understated lighting focuses on selected Art Deco volumes and emphasizes the symmetry, vertical lines, and depth of the building. It also draws attention to the lateral and distant lines.
The interior lighting of the cinema remains important and, at night, reveals both the architecture and the cultural, lively atmosphere of the venue.
